So, today has been a pretty decent day. I went to work, and that was fun. I got to do a pretty creative project that felt worthwhile. It's always nice to get to do something fun. Plus, I worked a whole lot with powerpoint 08 for mac. However, before that, I was using powerpoint 03 for vista, and the differences were incredible. The options are incredibly more expansive in powerpoint 08 and I just felt more comfortable on my mac. Anyway, I got back from work and went on a run, then I ate some dinner. Rice again.. as usual. That's okay though.
After dinner, I made my way to the pub to finish up the zelda story. It's been finished for a while, but I didn't get a chance to type and edit it until this evening. A couple things: 1. if you don't like zelda and you have never played a zelda... then you might not want to read it. It just won't be funny and won't make sense. 2. Fictional friday is dead.. the friday part anyway.. I still want to write fiction.. so expect a climactic ending the zelda in another week or week and a half. At the pub, this group of girls were giving me a dirty look because I was sitting at a table (which i sat at before they arrived because all the other spots were taken). They were mad because they were at a small table. I finished my story soon after they arrived, but i could hear them complaining. It was annoying. Finally, after I returned to my flat, my room mates were heading out to get a pint, so I joined them after a little peer pressure. Now I'm back here.
Overall, a pretty find day.
